Abel Nyakeri

BAS Accountant - MPA, BBM, CPA

Abel is the newest member of the team and brings a calm, considered approach to school accounting, shaped by experience across public sector finance, audit, and advisory roles.

Naturally thoughtful in his working style, he takes time to work through financial detail carefully, ensuring information is accurate, structured, and easy for schools to rely on. A key part of his role is helping bring clarity to complex financial information so schools can better understand what is happening behind the numbers.

With a background in governance-focused and audit environments, Abel has a strong interest in ensuring financial systems are well-controlled, transparent, and reliable. He brings a steady presence to his work and is particularly valued for his ability to remain focused and thorough when working through detailed financial information.

He holds a Master of Professional Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya), and is currently working towards CPA Australia accreditation.

Outside of work, Abel enjoys watching football and is a passionate Arsenal FC supporter. He also has a strong interest in farming.
