He is particularly focused on identifying and resolving discrepancies early, taking a proactive approach to GST, management reporting, and reconciliations. His work ensures that financial information is well-structured and reliable for day-to-day school use.

Naturally drawn to puzzles and complex problems, Swapnil enjoys working through financial detail to bring order and clarity where information needs careful interpretation. He is also valued for his ability to simplify complex concepts so they can be easily understood and applied by schools.

Swapnil has developed solid experience across accounting, audit, and taxation roles, and continues to build his technical capability in supporting schools.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket, chess, and solving puzzles, which reflect his structured way of thinking. He also plays the tabla and enjoys learning new languages, including German and Spanish.
